Working with renowned developer Shuttleworth (UK) Ltd, Energy Report were commissioned to offer consultancy SAP services on the New build parts of the property to ensure that Part L compliance was assured first time, as well as carry out the As built SAP and EPC calculations for an historic building in Horsham which was converted into flats. The Mill originally built in 1861, had more recently been used as an office. Since purchase by Shuttleworth (UK) Ltd, planning permission was gained to convert the original Mill and the adjoining more modern office block, plus add additional residential flats to the top of the building. Change of use under permitted development had been agreed by Horsham Council, a subsequent planning application was then granted to add a third floor to facilitate further flats.
