Zero bills is the world-first smart tariff helping customers live in comfort with no energy bills for their home, guaranteed for at least 5 or 10 years.

It’s made possible through a combination of low carbon devices – solar panels, battery and heat pump – all optimised by Octopus tech to keep customers warm all year round. Octopus has committed to build 100,000 Zero Bills home by 2030. These homes come in many shapes and sizes and are available across private and affordable tenures.
