13th Oct 16 – Energy Report are very proud to be asked back to one of the UK’s largest buildings (4th largest I believe) – 25 Canada Square stand in the centre of the Canary Wharf area of Docklands and is the headquarters to Citi Bank, it stands at 200m high over 45 floors, with a floor area of circa 170,000 sqm. The tower was built between 1998 and 2001
Having carried out the original EPC back in 2009, Citi contacted us to have the EPC updated to reflect the energy efficiency improvements they had carried out to the building over the past 7 years of their occupancy.
