New Build – Brighton Mews, Southampton
Working in conjunction with a local developer Hampton Homes, Brighton Mews is an exciting new development of just seven 3 bedroom homes with off road parking. Located in a central residential area of Southampton.
As part of the planning conditions, the development was required to demonstrate a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions. Energy Report we commissioned by Hamton Homes to develop the energy strategy and produce the Energy Statement.
On completion we were pleased to have carried out the SAP calculations, as built Part L checks and the Air Pressure Tests for all houses.
