Residential Development – London Plan
A proposed development of 12 residential flats within the London Borough of Hounslow on a brownfield site. As this development is a new build development within a London Borough it falls under the requirements of the London Plan.
We were instructed by the architect to carry out the Energy Statement for this development to identify the route to a 35% reduction in CO2 emissions over Part L1A (2013).
Through improvements to the fabric U-values and thermal bridges we were able to provide a suitable route to compliance.
