Project Overview
Cedar Place, Toynbee Road in Eastleigh, is a major new residential development comprising 105 houses and flats, delivered by regional developer Foreman Homes in partnership with VIVID.
The project marked a significant milestone being one of the client’s first large-scale developments delivered under Part L 2021. With tighter carbon targets and, critically, enhanced photographic and evidential requirements, the development required a more structured and proactive compliance approach than previous schemes.
