Integrated new-home compliance for Darcliffe Homes

Date: October 2026

Energy Report delivered an integrated compliance package for Darcliffe Homes’ Reading development near Sonning Golf Club, including Part L SAP calculations, a Part O overheating assessment, thermal bridging calculations, Part F extract ventilation testing and airtightness testing.

Precision Thermal Modelling for ‘Waters Edge’ – A High-End Renovation in Falmouth, Cornwall

Date: May 2026

For the 'Waters Edge' project in Falmouth, Cornwall, Energy Report Limited utilised Design Builder 3D software to deliver a comprehensive thermal strategy. This included room-by-room heat loss assessments, DHW demand analysis, and "Winter Design Week" simulations to specify a heating system capable of maintaining 100% comfort in a high-exposure coastal environment.

Cedar Place,Toynbee Road: New Build Development in partnership with Regional Developer

Date: April 2026

Project Overview
Cedar Place, Toynbee Road in Eastleigh, is a major new residential development comprising 105 houses and flats, delivered by regional developer Foreman Homes in partnership with VIVID.
The project marked a significant milestone being one of the client’s first large-scale developments delivered under Part L 2021.

Woodfield House: From Heritage School to High-Efficiency Homes

In the heart of West Sussex, a disused school steeped in history was ready for a new chapter. Once the headquarters of Tangmere RAF, a pivotal site during Britain’s air defence in World War II, the building carried immense heritage value.

Part L Compliance for Lymington Bus Station Redevelopment

Date: May 2025

Working with local development company, Landford Estates, Energy Report is pleased to have assisted in the SAP calculations and Part L compliance requirements for 9 houses being built on the old Lymington Bus Station site in the Georgian market town on the South Coast.

Saxon Gate – Southampton

Working with OCEA Life, Commercial and Residential conversion specialists and Building IS Project Management experts, Energy Report Ltd provided our expert SAP knowledge for this central Southampton conversion and extension project.

Conversion of Historic Mill – SAP Calculations

Working with renowned developer Shuttleworth (UK) Ltd, Energy Report were commissioned to offer consultancy SAP services on the New build parts of the property to ensure that Part L compliance was assured first time, as well as carry out the As built SAP and EPC calculations for an historic building in Horsham which was converted into flats.

Residential Development – London Plan

Date: May 2025

A proposed development of 12 residential flats within the London Borough of Hounslow on a brownfield site. As this development is a new build development within a London Borough it falls under the requirements of the London Plan.

New Build – Southampton

Date: May 2025

Energy Statements are often required to support a planning application for even the smallest of developments. On this project, we assisted the developer in obtaining planning permission for 2 modern bungalows on a small brownfield site in Southampton.

New Build – Lyndhurst, New Forest

Date: May 2025

We recently were please to be involved in a rare new build property within the New Forest, Buena Vista built by local developer Ashurst Development in a fantastic 4 bed detached property within Lyndhurst, the centre of the New Forest.

Brighton Mews, Southampton: Energy Strategy, SAP and Air Pressure Testing

Date: May 2025

Energy Report worked with local developer Hampton Homes on Brighton Mews in Southampton, delivering an energy strategy and Energy Statement before carrying out SAP calculations, as-built Part L checks and air pressure tests for all seven homes.

New Build – The Martens, Hinton Waldrist

Working alongside our long-standing commercial client, Country Estates (Reading), and their sister company Darcliffe Homes, we provided the SAP calculations and air tightness testing needed to support the delivery of this carefully considered new-build scheme.

Broadgate Farm, Ampfield: SAP Calculations and Air Testing for 12 New Homes

Energy Report advised AC English Developments and carried out SAP calculations and air testing for all 12 six-bedroom detached homes at Broadgate Farm in Ampfield, Hampshire.
