Precision Thermal Modelling for ‘Waters Edge’ – A High-End Renovation in Falmouth, Cornwall

For the 'Waters Edge' project in Falmouth, Cornwall, Energy Report Limited utilised Design Builder 3D software to deliver a comprehensive thermal strategy. This included room-by-room heat loss assessments, DHW demand analysis, and "Winter Design Week" simulations to specify a heating system capable of maintaining 100% comfort in a high-exposure coastal environment.

Cedar Place, Toynbee Road in Eastleigh, is a major new residential development comprising 105 houses and flats, delivered by regional developer Foreman Homes in partnership with VIVID.
The project marked a significant milestone being one of the client’s first large-scale developments delivered under Part L 2021.

Energy Statements are often required to support a planning application for even the smallest of developments. On this project, we assisted the developer in obtaining planning permission for 2 modern bungalows on a small brownfield site in Southampton.
