SBEM Calculations
SBEM calculations are required by building control to demonstrate that your building is complying with Part L2 of Building Regulations.

Display Energy Certificates are required for all Public buildings to highlight the operational energy efficiency and usage of a building.
Minimum Energy Efficiency
The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards are part of the Energy Act 2011 and come into force in April 2018.
