SAP Calculations & EPC
SAP calculations are required by building control to demonstrate that your building is complying with Part L1 of Building Regulations.
Energy Statements
You may need an Energy Statement, or an Energy Report, which is often required by your planning authority to support your planning application
London Plan
If you are planning to build within Greater London, you will need to adhere to the requirements of the GLA London Plan guidance.
BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment
BREEAM is aimed at helping building owners and occupiers save on operating costs and reducing the environmental impacts of refurbishment.
Air Pressure Testing
You will need an Air Pressure Test carried out to identify air leakage within a building; air leakage equates to heat loss and higher energy usage.
